Rhonda L. Locklear passed away April 27, 2021. Born November 9, 1961 in Tacoma, Washington to the late Orville "Ed" and Ethel Mae Burley. She is survived by husband, David Locklear; daughters, Tasha (Emily Wyant) Webb and Tami Locklear; grandchildren, Karlei Payne, Kilee Gordon, Mason Webb, Aaron Gordon, and Gracie Hood; great-granddaughter, Isabelle "Squeak" Payne; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, April 30 from 5 to 8 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S. High St. Columbus. Where funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am. Interment Obetz Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family suggests donations to American Cancer Society in Rhonda's memory.
