Richard Clark Bledsoe, age 78, passed away on Sunday March 2, 2025, at his home. He was born, June 24, 1946, in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Champ and Hazel (Lee) Bledsoe. Along with his parents Richard is also preceded in death by his son, Michael Bledsoe; sisters, Sally Black, Nancy Bowman, and Louise Young; brother, Phillip Bledsoe. He is survived by his fur baby Elvira; daughters, Michelle Bledsoe, and Melinda (James) Chaffin; many grandchildren, nephew, David (Angie) Bowman; nieces, Kimberly (Greg) McKinney, Cynthia Shepherd, and Melissa (Denver) Foor; brother-in-law, Virgil Bowman; special friend of 43 years, Diane Herb; many great nieces and nephews, and friends. Visitation for Richard will be held Tuesday March 11, 2025, from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Myers Woodyard Funeral Home 587 Main St. Groveport, Oh. 43125.
