Richard B. Boone, age 77 passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at home.  Richard proudly served and retired from the US Airforce and later worked for Western Electric and as a truck driver.  Preceded in death by parents, Burley and Edith (McNeil) Boone.  Survived by daughter, Chris (Stuart) Ferrell; longtime companion, Nannie Dull; stepdaughter, Lisa (Rick Allen) Williams; grandchildren, Christopher (Amy) Ferrell, James (Jess) Ferrell, Tanner (Paige) Ferrell and Zackary Ferrell; step grandchildren, Riley Dull, Katie Dull Raymond Dull; great grandchildren, Christopher Ferrell Jr., Eleanor Ferrell, Evelyn Ferrell, and Willow Ferrell; brother, Marty Boone.   A memorial celebration will be held at a later date for Richard.
