Robert Elden Rhodes Jr., 61, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on April 22nd, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on June 11th, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio, Bob lived a life defined by his deep love for family and his passion for the open road. Whether he was riding his motorcycle with the wind at his back or spending time with those he loved most, he found joy in life's simplest and most meaningful moment

A devoted father, grandfather, life partner, and friend, Bob was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, shenanigans and strength. He had a special way of bringing people together, sharing stories, and making memories that will be cherished forever.

His love for motorcycles was more than a hobby—it was part of who he was. He found freedom and peace on every ride, and that spirit of adventure inspired everyone around him.

He is survived by his life partner, Christine Hicks; his children, Christina Rhodes & HT Scott, Rebecca Combs, Amanda & Corey Bevins, Robert Rhodes III, Justin & Paige Rhodes, and Joey Hicks; his grandchildren, Breanna Rhodes, Hunter (fiancé Emilee Garren) Combs, Brayden Combs, Cameron Harris, Anna Rhodes, Abigail Combs, Carson Rhodes, Dylan Harris, Levi Rhodes, Isaac Rhodes, Nylah Rhodes, Brentley Bevins, Wyatt Bevins, and Dutton Bevins; his best fur-baby, Shadow; sister, Susan Berneau; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Zackery Baker; parents, Robert and Sieglinde (Ehrenfeld) Rhodes; brothers, George Rhodes and Timothy Rhodes; and his best friend, Uncle Larry Rhodes.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
