Roger John Dougherty, age 91 of Columbus, passed away on June 20, 2025. He was born on August 3, 1933 in Carrolton, NY to Edward and Nellie Dougherty. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lenda Dougherty; brothers, Edward (Red), Buddy, Donald, Cy;  sister, Hilda; sons, Mark Dougherty and John Mangus. Roger is a Korea Army Veteran. He is survived by his daughters, Deborah (Rick) Knapp and April (Mike) Archer; grandchildren, Aaron Fielder, Andrew Garmijittagoon, Amy Eden, Ashley Zeisler, David and Nicholas Spires, Cody, Michael, Taylor and Cierra Archer, Alyssa Smith and John Mangus; many great granchildren. Roger was a craftsman at Franklin Art Glalss in German Village for 47 years. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 25th from 10 am until time of the service at 12 pm at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME 587 Main Street in Groveport. Interment will follow in Obetz Cemetery.
