Ronnie "Buck" Estes, age 76, of Stoutsville, OH passed away on April 10th peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Born to the late Lloyd and Georgia (Luther) Estes in Dickson, TN on Aug 15, 1939. Ronnie was a member of the Amanda Presbyterian Church, The American Legion, AMVETS, Sons of Confederate Veterans. He was proud of his Cherokee heritage. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Carol Byas Estes; sons, Ronnie (Brenda) Estes, Timothy Estes and partner Nancy Hendricks; daughter, Shari (Randal) Ransburgh; 6 grandsons and 3 granddaughters; 15 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Also survived by sister, Martha L. Dekin and partner Bud Collins; brother, George (Emma) Estes, lifetime friend Robert (Doris) Tackett; brother-in-law, Fred (Donna) Byas; sisters-in-law, Barbara (Vern) Greenlee and Rose (Jim) Harvey. Visitation will be will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 5 to 8 pm at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., where service will be held on Friday at 11 am.
