Roy "Buz" Woolever passed away July 16th at the age of 79. He was born August 4, 1933 to parents Clifford and Virginia Woolever in Nelsonville, Ohio. He met his best friend and wife as a teenager. After 57 years of marriage he lost her 3 years ago but is now joined with her in heaven to spend all eternity. He retired from Bexley school system. He was an avid Columbus baseball fan (Redbirds, Jets, Clippers) and attended 100's of games. He had several life-long friends and family members whom loved him dearly. He will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Clara Woolever, parents, and seven siblings. He is survived by sister, Maxine (Roger) Scheurell, Daughter, Tresa (Danny) Baker; Son, Roy (Lee) Woolever; grandchildren, James (Dene') Sanfillipo, Robert Sanfillipo, Jennifer Woolever and Danielle Woolever; great grandchildren, Maria, Gina and Julia Sanfillipo; his in-laws and many nieces and nephews. Rest in peace son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather. Thank you for being a part of our lives. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 18th at the O.R. WOODYARD CO.
