VITTE Ruby Maedelle Vitte age 84 passed away July 5, 2020 at the Kobacker House. She was born September 1, 1935 to the late Charles and Ruth [Jacob] Washburn in Ironton, Ohio. She retired State of Ohio and Regency Manor. Survived by her grandson and his wife, Gary and Andrea Washburn and their children, Tyre, Tiffany, Taylor and Talya all of Groveport; Daughter in law, Chrissie Stubbs; brother, Chuck (Paula) Washburn; and sister, Shirley Green.
