Rupert Orvil Parker Jr., age 65, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Mt. Carmel W. Hospital. Preceded in death by mother Jean Webb, brother Roger Webb, and the love of his life, Brenda. Survived by Ed (Tonka) Parker, Chad (Angie) Parker, April (Mackie) Blankenship, Dawn (Kenny) Lilly; grandchildren, Mikayla, Devin, Katie, Adam, Chadders, Brenden, MacKenzie, LeeAnn, Tazsheena, Rupie, Jasper, Ritchy, and Kenny Ray; siblings, Roberta (George) Aubrey, Sue Evans, Patty Blevins, Robert (Sandy) Webb, Leo Webb, Samantha (Jeff) James, and Gary Webb; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
