Sally Ann Mulkey, age 49, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Grove City, Ohio. Sally was born November 12, 1973, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Norman and Anna Burchett. Sally was a graduate of South High School in Columbus, Class of 1993. She was a longtime employee of Community Choice Financial and was currently employed at Amazon in Obetz. Sally was a funny, hardworking, caring, and giving person, and often made sacrifices for other people. She was completely devoted to her son and was excitedly anticipating becoming a grandma. Sally is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Randy, James, Troy, and Norm "Frito" Burchett. She is survived by her son, Scott (Serina) Mulkey Jr.; siblings, Angela (Eddie) Mantooth and Matthew Burchett; boyfriend, Scott Stevens; former spouse, Scott Mulkey; numerous neices, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 5 to 8 PM at the O.R. Woodyard Co South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH, where funeral service will be Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 11 AM.
