Scott Allan Rapier II, age 38, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 after a long battle with illness. He was born in Columbus, OH on March 23, 1988.

He was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Daffy Duck, and enjoyed spending time playing video games with friends. He also loved spending the holidays with his family, especially Christmas. Most of all, he adored his son, Garren.

Scott is survived by his parents, Scott Rapier and Sherrie Bozich; his only son, Garren Rapier; wife, Taylor; stepdaughter, Lilah; grandparents, Carolyn Hennis and Richard (Diane) Rapier; brothers, Jerami (Brittany) Rapier and Brian (Courtney) Robinson; sisters, Leah (James) Denbow and Denise Robinson; uncle, Rick (Terry) Rapier; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation for Scott will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at O.R. WOODYARD SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 South High St. Columbus, OH. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Garden, 351 Coonpath Rd NE, Lancaster, OH 43130.

In honor of Scott, family and friends are encouraged to wear Ohio State gear or purple.
