Shawn Overly, age 34, passed away on December 10, 2023 to early due to gun violence. Born April 30, 1989. Shawn was an amazing and talented tattoo artist. He was a caring and genuine person who you could count on. He was a hard working, 100 percent loyal, one of the most generous, handsome man you could ever meet. He would do anything for anyone. The best farther and lover and husband. He was a great friend to everyone. He made everyone smile and laugh He was a man of many talents. You can't find someone like him anymore he was most definitely one of a kind. Shawn is survived by wife, Alea Overly, children, Jayden, Shawn Jr., Cali, Camilla, and Loyalty; mother, Angela (Dave) Bailey; father, Matt Overly; siblings, Scott Overly, Shelly (Josh) Ely, Steven (Felicity) Overly, Shane (Haylee) Overly, Dakotah (Sara) Bailey, and Cayden Bailey; close friend, Buck Foster; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel, 1346 S. High St.
