Shonda Rae Burns, age 42, passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2019. She was born on July 17, 1977 to Billy Ray and Debra (Blackburn) Burns in Prestonsburg, KY. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray. Shonda is survived by her son, Quinton Justus; mother, Debra Burns; brother, Bill Burns; niece, Keira Burns; nephew, Rylan Ricevuto; longtime companion, Sonny; and other dear friends.
