Our beloved father, Somphith Douangphouxay, 69, passed away peacefully in his home on October 29, 2020. He was born May 1, 1951 in Wapi, Laos to Khamphoui and Sithouma (Phommaseng) Douangphouxay. He is survived by his loving wife, Tounekham Koulabdara. They were happily married for over 15 years. As a Patriarch of our family, he will be missed dearly by his children Chay Douangphouxay (Jeri), Phanomthai Douangphouxay, Kat Bonn (Matt), Saysana Douangphouxay, Kay Chung, Bay, Sera and Mickey Koulabdara. He is also survived by his identical twin brother, Somsanit Phommaseng (Vone), and countless more loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, relatives, and friends. Our father lived life fully, loved others especially making them laugh or smile, and enjoyed gardening and being in nature.
