Somphone Vongsavath, better known as Juve, was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He left this world suddenly at the age of 37 on September 6, 2023.

Immigrating from Laos with his family in the late 80s, the youngest of 6 siblings, he spent his childhood years in Stockton, CA and eventually settled in Columbus, OH. Juve took great joy in the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family and participated in numerous sports throughout his life. He was an avid 49ers and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Known for his infectious smile, irrepressible good humor and charisma, Juve was always quick with a joke, a funny story, or even a prank. He lit up every room he walked into.

Gone too soon, Juve will be sorely missed. We do not remember days, we remember moments. We will cherish the moments that we had with him and know that he is soaring above and smiling down upon us with his beloved father.

Juve is survived by his mother, Sinoy, and siblings: Shawn, Dlo, Teresa, Phouthone, and Kek. He was a wonderful uncle to his nephew, Devin, and nieces Keilani and Aiela (AJ). Visitation will be held Friday, September 15, 2023, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at O. R. Woodyard Co. Funeral & Cremation Services, 1346 South High Street

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, 2:00 pm at the O.R.  Woodyard Co. South Chapel.
