Stephanie Lynn Carter, age 53, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at her residence. Graduate of Bishop Worley High School. Attended The Ohio State University. She was a gifted singer. Preceded in death by grandparents, Robert and Emily Darrow, Sylvia Helton, and James Mobley. She is survived by her parents, Linda Mobley and James Mobley; uncles and aunts, Russell Mobley (Susie), Brenda Darrow, Karen Elaine Darrow, and Robert L. Darrow; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
