Stephen Alan Van Horn, age 51, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2015 at Grant Medical Center. Born in Columbus, Ohio to loving parents Virginia (O'Hara) and P. Edward Van Horn Jr. of Grove City, Ohio. Stephen is survived by parents; brother, Samuel (Pam); 3 nieces; 7 great nephews and nieces, and larger extended family. Stephen graduated Briggs High School and attended Point Loma College in California. He was co-owner of Ohio Wire Form and Spring Co. Service will be Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the O. R. WOODYARD CO CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St. at 11am with visitation held one hour prior to service. Rev. David Holdren and Rev. Isaac Shupe officiating. Private interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
