Stephen James McKnight, age 65, passed away on December 8th, 2023, at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH. Born on January 10th, 1958 to James and Wilma Mcknight, in Columbus, OH.

Steve retired from Value City after 25 years of service. Steve enjoyed going fishing at Deer Creek with his fishing buddies, spending time with his daughter, Marijean, and doing fun things like going to the Ohio State Fair to watch fireworks. He also could be found spending time with his family and friends at picnics.

He is preceded in death by parents James and Wilma McKnight, grandparents, George and Garnet Blakeman, and sister Linda Martin.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Marijean McKnight of Columbus, OH, and brother Craig McKnight of Columbus, OH.

At this time arrangements have been entrusted to the O.R. WOODYARD Co. 1346 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43207 and a memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made in honor of Stephen James McKnight to the American Cancer Society.
