Preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Viola; brothers, Douglas Carter, Dennis Carter, Donald Carter and John Carter. Survived by son, Allen (Cassie) Carter; granddaughter, Ava; former wife, Gail Crane; sisters, Rosemary Chapman and Pat Carter, nieces, Christy Carter, Melody Mitchel and Destiny Mitchel; nephew, Guy Mitchel; girlfriend, Carol Elswick and several cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday August 17, 2021 from 11:30 am until time of service at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
