He was a lifelong member of the Lockbourne Road Church of Christ, and a minister and worker for the Lord until his last couple years of his life hindered his ability. He retired from Copco papers in Columbus, Ohio.... He really enjoyed watching Baseball, fishing, working with his hands especially cars, tvs,and appliances. He enjoyed playing cards, going to the Goodwill's and he love spending time with people and family and always had a hard time deciding if he wanted something sweet to eat or to chew his tobacco (or his West Virginia Cole slaw as he called it! He was a honest and strong man, a forgiving man, open and straight forward with you as well. He would tell you his thoughts as he was very strong-willed and stubborn at times but his smile and his stories would make you laugh and forget about a lot of those- not so good days. He will be missed deeply by those who were around him, and to know that there is no more pain or suffering for him as he is in a far better place is the most wonderful blessing we can have and carry with us.
