Tamery V. Short, age 88, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015. She was born February 14, 1926 to the late Eales and Erie Adams Cotton in Floyd Co, Kentucky, one of eleven children. Member of Little Angel Old Regular Baptist Church. Preceded in death by son Frankie Bragg, brothers Frank and Billy Cotton, sister Elizabeth "Ella" Wilson. Survived by son and daughter in law, Kenneth and Joann Bragg of Columbus; daughter, Carol Steele of Grove City; grandchildren, Tami Rager, Shannon Kerns, Michael Bragg and Paul Bragg; great grandchildren, Collin, Kayla, Drew, Carmen, Christopher, and Blake; great great grandson, Harris Severson; brothers, Milford, John, Kenneth and Larry Cotton; sisters, Ellen Steele and Marge Gose; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family. Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO., 1346 S. High St., Monday 5-8 p.m. Additional visitation and funeral will be held at Little Angel Church, 5733 Saltzgaber Rd., Tuesday 10-11:30 a.m. with a fellowship meal to follow.
