Tammy JoAnne Jones passed away suddenly June 12, 2019. Born February 9, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father, John C. Demko. Tammy is survived by husband, Jerry Jones; children, Katasha "Kat" Frizzell, Brittney and Amanda Miller, Brianna "Bree" Henry, and Jenna Jones; mother, JoAnne Blair (James Mosley); twin grandson, Jaxson and Jason Henry; brothers, Robert (Nancy) Henry and Steve (Sam) Thompson; mother-in-law, Brenda Halterman; and a host of friends and second mother to many other children. Visitation will be held Monday, June 17 from 5 pm until the time of funeral service at 7 pm at O. R. Woodyard South Chapel 1346 S.
