Teather Ann Blake, age 54, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025 in Columbus, OH. Teather was born December 8, 1970 in Columbus, OH to Charles and Priscilla Blake. She was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. She is survived by her children, Mark and Tayley Blake; siblings, Tangela (Mike) Duncan, Tamera Blake, and Tyy Blake. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
