TeeJay Allen Horn, age 32, of Groveport, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2017. TeeJay was born in Columbus, Ohio to the parents of Jean A. Cobb and Mitchel A. Horn. He had two sons that he loved very much, along with an amazing girlfriend, who was always supportive of him through so much. TeeJay loved the Dallas Cowboys and he was so proud to be the father of his wonderful boys. He is survived by his mother, Jean A. Cobb (David) of Groveport, OH; father, Mitchel (Tami) Horn of Groveport, OH; sons, Brayden & Jayden Horn; girlfriend, Sarah Jajczyk & her son Ethan; sister, Golda (Greg) Lindsey of Lancaster, OH; brother, Charlie Horn (Tesla) and their unborn child of Glenford, OH; grandmothers, Lois Lyons of Groveport, OH & Elizabeth (John) Johnson of Columbus, OH; grandfather, Argil Horn of Groveport, OH; as well as many, many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. He is proceeded in death by his grandfather, George Lyons & great grandmother, Golda Chapman as well as other family members. Calling hours are 4pm-7pm Tuesday April 18, 2017 at MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 MAIN ST GROVEPORT, OH 43125 with a memorial service immediately following.
