Thelma Jean Murray, born on July 1, 1942, in Catlettsburg, Boyd County, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Russell Ison, and her beloved granddaughter, Laura Wells.

Jean is survived by her son John Hobbs and his wife Lynda, her daughter Deborah Hobbs, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends who will cherish her memory.

Burial to be at Violet Cemetery in Pickerington Ohio.

A celebration of Jean's life will be held at a later date.
