Timothy "Timmy" Lee Sexton, age 36, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at his residence in Columbus, OH. Timmy was born March 2, 1989 in Columbus, OH. To know Timmy was to love him. He was always enjoyed life's experiences to the fullest, especially music and cars. He was a jokester, happy, had many friends that loved him dearly, and could always be counted on to lend a hand to those in need. He was proud to be an uncle, and loved his nieces and nephews dearly. He was especially close to his nephews, Dalton and Ray. Timmy is preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Sexton; father, Larry Sexton; and sisters, Amanda and Jessie. He is survived by his mother, Pam Sexton; stepmother, Amanda; sisters, Chelsey (Hershel), Ashley, and Vicie (Lee); brother, Nick; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends. Visitation will be Friday, May 30, 2025 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. South Chapel, 1346 S. High St. in Columbus, OH. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery. Timmy's family will graciously accept contributions at the funeral home to help with his final expenses.
