Todd M. Gilpen, age 50, passed away on September 5, 2018. He was born to the late Scherry Stevens and Merle Gilpen, on January 6, 1968 in Columbus. He is preceded in death by parents, and brother, John Jacobs. He is survived by children, Destinee and Albert Gilpen; sister, Katrina Miller (Bill); brother, Robert Stevens; uncle, Vernon Chaffin; as well as many other friends and family.
