Troy A. Stone, 46, of Columbus passed away suddenly on July 22, 2014 at his home. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Herman and Ruth Stone, Gilbert and Katherine Neal, all of Leon, WV, older brother Robert, girlfriend Kathy Shonkwiler and beloved pet Knucklehead. Troy enjoyed watching car races, hunting- recognized by the Ohio Big Bucks Club and spending time on the farm in West Virginia. He is survived by his parents, Gene and Nancy Stone of Columbus; son, Craig Stone of Pittsburgh, PA; brother, Ronnie (Valerie) Stone of Columbus; sisters, Kathy (Ray) Parker of Galloway, Carolyn (Chuck) Thomas of Logan; nephews, Bobby, Chuckie and Danny; nieces, Sarah and Whitney; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; extended family, Josh Fout and his children. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 26th, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 South High St. Funeral service will be Sunday, July 27th in West Virginia.
