Vasiliki Lafogiannis, age 72, passed away on October 24, 2023. Born on September 2, 1951 in Karpenisi, Greece to the late Panagiotis and Olga Koumbouras. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 16, where she met her husband Chris in Columbus, Ohio. Vicki operated a family owned restaurant, Chef's House in Hilliard for over 35 years. While she was very successful in operating the restaurant, her biggest love in life were her children and grandchildren. Vasiliki is preceded in death by husband, Chris Lafogiannis. Vicki is survived by daughter, Maria (Matt) Grieb and son, Billy (Niki) Lafogiannis; grandchildren, Chris, George, and soon to be Panagiotis; brother, Jimmy Taki Koumbouras; many cousins, other relatives and host of friends. Visitation will be held Friday, October 27, 2023, 11:30 am until the time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral 555 N. High St. Burial will take place in the Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Vicki's memory may be made to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
