Vaughn E. Church, age 80, went Home to be with the Lord surrounded by loved ones on July 4, 2022. Born October 4, 1941 to the late Warren and Ruth Church. Vaughn proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves. His life's work was spreading God's Word through his work with The Gideons International for over 30 years. Attended Fellowship Baptist Church for a number of years. Vaughn was known for his cheery response whenever he was asked how his day was. "Best day of my life," he would always say. He is survived by his wife, Norma; children, Heather Church, Brooke Neal, Carolyn (Larry) Lewis, Tom (Karen) Norris, and DJ (Anna) Norris; grandchildren, Mason, Braxton, and Luxyn Neal, JR and Jordyn Eplin, Monica and Andrew Higgins, Hailey Lewis (deceased), Gabby and David Lowery, Nate Norris, and Connor Norris; great grandchildren, Kyla Eplin, Emma Lowery, Baby Lowery, and Oaklynn Higgins; and many other dear friends and family. Friends may call from 5 to 7 PM on Monday, July 11, 2022 at the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home, 587 Main St in Groveport, where the funeral will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM.
