Verna Eileen Wray passed away at home surrounded by family on August 10, 2022 at the age of 94. Better known as Eileen Wray (Sis), she was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin. She made many life-long friends while working at Federal Glass. In retirement, she enjoyed tending to her flowers, gardening, and traveling with family and friends. She was born November 26, 1927 to the late John 'Don' and Lola (Scarberry) Tolliver of Ashton, West Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers Charles, Leo, Kenneth, and Richard Tolliver, and two sisters Geraldine Price and Charlotte Richardson. She is survived by her children Brenda Wray, Sharon (Dennis) Mitchell, Peggy Coffee, Michael Wray, and Sheila Wray; her brother Lester (Wilma) Tolliver, and sisters Avalee (Belford) Saunders and Betty Sturgeon; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, life-long friends Jim (Marlene) Ebert, and Tom (Sue) Harmon. A private interment will be held at Grove City West Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date for all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mount Carmel Hospice, who provided excellent care for her.
