TIBBS Victor Lee Tibbs born in Middletown, OH. June 6, 1942 and passed away January 10, 2015 at Columbus Alzheimers Care Center. Victor worked at the Neil House Hotel and Goodwill Industries for many years and attended Liberty Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Jesse Clay and Edna Easter Tibbs; brothers, Marvin and Orville Tibbs; sisters, Martha and Wanda Powell and Eula Norman. Survived by brother, Lester Tibbs; sisters, Cynthia Chaffin, Mary Lou McCollister and Kathryn (Richard) Miller; his special family, Beverly, Nathan, Heather and Gene King; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street Tuesday January 13th from 6-8 pm where the funeral service will be Wednesday 10:30 am.
