Wanda Lou Groves, age 83, passed away on August 24, 2022. She was born on May 6, 1939 to the late Wallace and Flossie Houston of Paintsville, KY. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Flossie and survived by Frances Powers, Debra Livengood, James Spencer, John Spencer, Lisa Spencer, Jeremiah Spencer; grandchildren: Andriana Speelman, Marlene Speelman, Tyler Speelman, Jessie Gonzalez, Ed Speelman, Johathn Spencer, Christopher Spencer, Emily Stidham, Nathan Powers, Brook Williams, Blake Williams, Sherry Diaz, Melissa Oliver; sisters and brothers: Shirley McKenzie, Jim Houston, Charles Houston, Nora Daniels; and many other dear friends and family.
