MEADE Willard C. "Bud" Meade age 75 passed away April 9, 2019. Bud was born August 14, 1943 to the late Lewis and Elva Meade in Mingo Co. WV. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wendell and sister Ann Scarberry. He worked for the Banner Stamping Co. for over 46 years. Survived by his wife of 51 years, Sandra Cooper Meade; sons, Roy Meade, Vinson Meade; daughter, Kimberly (Robert) Vice; grandchildren, Joseph Lee Vice, Julia Lynn Vice and Haley Bartee. Sisters, Opal Hamaker, Merrill Joy Meade, and Norma Gayle (Tom) Caudill. A visitation is being held Friday from 5 to 7. Funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Pastor Don Estep officiating. Interment at Obetz Cemetery. These services for Bud are being held on a previously set schedule which was complicated by Grant Hospitals delays.
