William D. Downard, age 46, passed away on March 22, 2014. Born on February 29, 1968 in Lancaster, OH. Preceded in death by father Lewis E. Downard, mother Carolyn S. Downard and brother Michael Downard. William is survived by step-mother Helen Downard of Lancaster; sisters, Teresa Sipes of Groveport and Melissa Barnes of Grove City; niece, Jennifer Barnes; friends and extended family. He will be dearly missed by all.
