William Jackson Fraley, 58 passed away at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 12th 2016 in his home where he was under care from Ohio Health Care Hospice. Jackson was under hospice care since May of 2016 for liver and congestive heart failure. Jackson passed peacefully in his sleep. Mr. Fraley was known widely through the Columbus area as the innovative proprietor of Club Diversity opened in 1998; originally located beneath Out on Main restaurant at the intersection of 4th and Main St. He then started his own housecleaning and pet sitting service that he continued to operated until winter of 2015. Mr. Fraley was a loving, compassionate person who would do anything he could to help a loved one or friends without seeking anything in return. Mr. Fraley is survived by his nephew Timothy Brian Pope of AR and his nieces Heather Ellis of Union City, Ohio and Amanda Rosser of IN and his partner Ryan Holland of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents Woodrow Jackson and Patricia Sue (Rucker) Fraley and his beloved sister Susan Madge Fraley.
