William Garren, age 89, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2020. He was born on July 6, 1931 to the late Kenneth and Elizabeth (Williams) Garren of Gallipolis, OH. William retired from Westinghouse and started and pastored the God Holiness Community Church for over 60 years. He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Joan Garren, his parents, and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his sons, William Thomas (Helen) Garren Jr, Jeffrey (Kris) Garren, Jonathon (Lynn) Garren; daughter, Pamela Laposki; sister, Bette Tomes; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; many nieces, nephews, a host of dear friends and his church family.
