William T. "Spike" Hungate passed away September 17, 2014. Retired from O.D.O.T and worked for Polaris Security for 14 years. Born March 27th, 1940 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Harold Glenn and Hazel "Taylor" Hungate. Also preceded in death by son, Greg Thomas; grandchildren, Jonice, Laura, Jonathan and William Reynolds. Survived by wife of 21 years, Carla "Thomas" Hungate; children, Teressa (Roger) Johnston, Tamarra (Kendell) Putman, Derrick (Julie) Thomas and Amber Henderson; grandchildren, Pamela (Wayne) Stanley, Jeremy Putman, Precious, Shane and Rohan Thomas; great-granddaughter, Taegan Stanley; sister, Carol (Paul) King; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
