William David Morton, age 64, passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. He was born on June 21, 1954 to the late Richard and Violet Morton in Columbus, Ohio. William proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy for a number of years and was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. Bill is preceded in death by his wife of over two loving decades, Becky Morton, and his parents. He is survived by his sister, Beverly (William) Slone; nieces and nephews, Teresa (Scott) Turley, Christina Puckett, George Curry, Billy Slone, and Lisa (Freddie) Tomlinson; numerous great nieces and nephew; his fur sidekick, Dallas; and many other dear friends and family. A committal service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 1 PM at Sunset Cemetery.
