William built a meaningful career as Partner and Vice President of Sales for Town and Country Technical Services. On December 17, 1987, he married Frances Kay (Fry) Ulmer.
William is preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. and Helen E. (Cherrington) Tittel; brother, Robert W. Tittel; sister, Patricia Ann Newdick; and daughter, Betsey Ann Brailer.
William is lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years, Frances Kay Tittel; son, Christopher Tittel; son-in-
law, Patrick Brailer; step-daughters, Janice (Gary) Mitchell, Lori (Donald) Peterman, and Karen (Neal) Lawrie; granddaughter, Katherine Brailer; grandson, William Brailer; step-grandson, David (Claire) Peterman, and step-grandson, Kenneth (Kaitlin) Peterman.
William was a proud United States Marine Corp Veteran, serving 4 years as a Radio Technician Specialist. He received the Good Conduct Medal and Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, and was honorably discharged with the Rank of Sergeant E-5. From an early age, William demonstrated a kind heart, and love for his entire family. He enjoyed golf, music, travel, cars, collecting coins, dining out and gaming, and was a member of the Columbus Corvette Club. He was known for his sly sense of humor and insistence on paying his own way. Nothing brought him greater happiness than spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Though William is no longer with us, his spirit, love and legacy will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
